Our Guarantee

     We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Your unworn, unused item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 45 days of the order date. Simply follow the guidelines below:

* Returned goods must be unused and unworn and in resalable condition. Please take care not to crease or soil the shoes when trying them on.

* All returns must accompany the Return Authorization (RA) number.  The return authorization number will be emailed within 2 business days after you submit the form on our site at: https://www.walktallshoes.com/return-authorization.asp.  All returns without RA number will be refused.

* The customer is responsible for all return freight charges at their end. WalkTall Shoes will cover the reshipping cost by regular mail for the customer. Customers may have to pay the difference for the express shipments for exchange items.

* Refunds can only be issued against the credit card or PayPal account used on the original order.

* Refunds for the items shipped within the USA/Canada will be issued at the purchase price less the actual shipping cost.

* All international shipping charges are discounted. Refunds for international shipments will be issued at the purchase price less the actual shipping charges.
